Job Introduction

The ERP Systems Analyst will support the ERP Systems Lead in the day to day management of NNL’s ERP, Business World. They will analyse business change requests, implement the required configuration changes, updates and provide troubleshooting and problem management for the platform.

Main Responsibilities

Support the management of ERP lifecycle, upgrades or configuration changes in line with good industry practice and NNL governance processes.

Contribute to the development, configuration, optimisation and automation of processes.

Contribute to the appropriate steering groups and CAB for ERP.

Undertake the appropriate dev, test and QA for changes in ERP.

Work with the ERP System Lead and Apps / Data Architect in maintaining the Applications roadmaps and lifecycle.

Support the creation of Service Transition documents required for ERP changes and upgrades.

Support the ITSD in supporting end users and troubleshooting problems.

Handle escalations from the ITSD.

Provide support for other Enterprise Applications as required.

 

The Ideal Candidate

Demonstrable track record and experience in an ERP application support role.

Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise.

Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused with excellent organisational skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.

Some understanding of SDLC’s and an understanding of when to apply each.

Experienced in the development, configuration, optimisation and automation within ERP.

Experience in the provision of IT end-user training.

Experience of working with third-party suppliers and partners.
